Kenneth Bond was convicted of murder 23 years ago at age 16.

For 23 years, Bond has maintained his innocence. The case against him was full of holes and uncertainty, his attorney was unprepared. We aim to show how weak the evidence against him is, and to tell the story of how his wrongful conviction emerged from a broken system. Join us as we take another look into the case that changed a Baltimore teen's life forever.

On Nov. 27, 1995, Morgan State University Terrence McKoy was murdered after an unsuccessful armed robbery at a bus station. 10-year-old Robert Lucas, riding in a passing van, was gravely injured by shots fired by the same gunman. Kenneth Bond was charged with the murder two years later and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. When we began to search for information about his case, we found the evidence against him less than convincing. Here we will demonstrate what we have learned about this terrible night, and about the investigation and trial that followed.
